(Core Sessions)
Essentials | 1 - & - Essentials | 2 (approximately 1-hour each)
The Essentials sessions are designed to set the stage of AgentAchieve ultimately educating users on the primary and basic elements/functions such as Email, Calendar, Contacts, MLS Searching, CMAs and Buyers Tours, plus more.
Essentials | 1: Homepage, Contacts, Calendar, Email, Listings, Marketing
Essentials | 2: Tools, Office, Concierge, Preferences
Listing Notifications (approximately 45-minutes)
The Listing Notifications session will educate users on how to streamline their business with this automated listing notification feature of AgentAchieve.
Covered in this session:
• Set-up a client to receive listing notifications
• View detailed client activity and matched listing statistics
• Set-up Listing Notifications personal preferences
• View the interface that clients will be able access
Website Basics (approximately 1.5 hours)
The Website Basics session educates users on how to customize the content of their personal AgentAchieve hosted website. Inclusive to discovering functionality, we will visit www.GoDaddy.com and walk through connecting a domain name (www.yourname.com) to a personal AgentAchieve website.
Client Marketing Plans (approximately 30-minutes)
The Client Marketing Plans of AgentAchieve offer a series of drip-marketing email campaigns to choose from. During this session users will discover how to effectively assign marketing plans to clients, edit existing marketing plans to suit their needs, and create custom marketing plans of their own.
(Supplementary Sessions)
Importing Contacts (approximately 30-minutes)
The title says it all. In this session users will learn the process of uploading their contact database successfully into AgentAchieve. We will cover field mapping, review, and how to correct potential mass import mishaps.
Virtual Postcards | 1 (approximately 45-minutes)
The Virtual Postcards session provides users the opportunity to discover how to use, edit, and contour existing virtual postcards to use as templates for future use. In this session we also cover how to capture the virtual postcard and use it on www.craigslist.com for free internet advertising.
Picture Perfect (approximately 15-minutes)
The Picture Perfect session provides users the opportunity to discover how to edit and upload their personal profile photo into AgentAchieve without it looking stretched or skewed.
AgentAchieve - Using Videos on your Website (approximately 30-minutes)
NOTE: Being a more intermediate to advanced session, it is recommended that users who participate in this session attend “Website Basics” training first.
This session educates users on how to enhance their personal AgentAchieve website using free resources on the internet. In this session we dabble a little with HTML and www.YouTube.com.
AgentAchieve - Use Virtual Postcards to Promote Listings on your Website (approximately 30-minutes)
NOTE: Being a more intermediate to advanced session, it is recommended that users who register for this session attend “Website Basics” and “Virtual Postcards | 1” training first.
This session educates users on how to enhance their personal AgentAchieve website using utilities within AgentAchieve and free resources on the internet. In this session we dabble a little with HTML, Images, and Virtual Postcards.
AgentAchieve - Create and Display your Blog on your Website (approximately 30-minutes)
NOTE: Being a more intermediate to advanced session, it is recommended that users who register for this session attend “Website Basics” training first.
This session educates users on how to enhance their personal AgentAchieve website using free resources on the internet. In this session we dabble a little with HTML, www.Blogger.com, www.FeedBurner.com, and www.SpringWidgets.com.
ProspectCheck (approximately 25-minutes)
ProspectCheck is a unique real-time prospect qualification system built directly into AgentAchieve, designed specifically to show you your prospects’ current housing and financial situation, and most important — their ability and willingness to close a transaction in a short window of time.
