Classes have typically been designed from the comments and suggestions made through the "Feedback and Support" link within AgentAchieve. For those of you who see this post and would like to make recommendations for future trainings, I'm always open to your suggestions!
What areas, within AgentAchieve, do you feel would enhance your business and your experience if you knew them better? Are there certain tools you feel need to be a 'focal' or 'specialty' training class? Do you need more advanced user training opportunities?

Hi,
I am interested in reverse prospecting and how it works. I also am interested in the Property Tracker, as I have received a contact from an agent who uses this. It came through my listing, I am curious how this works, how often I should check it, and how to respond and after responding what happens?
