August 2008 / September 2008 AgentAchieve Training Schedule

Guidelines to Register

Please pre-register no later than 2-business days in advance. It is important that each individual register themselves for each session attending. Do not give out your registration email confirmation! These are unique to each individual registration.

Should there be less than 10 registrations 2-business days prior to the start time of a session, it will be cancelled. Registrations are taken on a first come-first served basis. If you cannot attend a training session once registered, please cancel your registration using the link provided in the email confirmation sent to you.

Due to the limited number of available spaces, you will be notified with an email either confirming your reservation or letting you know the class is full.

Classes begin promptly at the times designated!

Course Objectives

Essentials | 1 - & - Essentials | 2

The Essentials sessions are designed to set the stage of AgentAchieve ultimately educating users on the primary and basic elements/functions such as Email, Calendar, Contacts, MLS Searching, CMAs and Buyers Tours, plus more.
Essentials | 1: Homepage, Contacts, Calendar, Email, Listings, Marketing
Essentials | 2: Tools, Office, Concierge, Preferences


Listing Notifications

The Listing Notifications session will educate users on how to streamline their business with this automated listing notification feature of AgentAchieve.
Covered in this session:
• Set-up a client to receive listing notifications
• View detailed client activity and matched listing statistics
• Set-up Listing Notifications personal preferences
• View the interface that clients will be able access


Website Basics

The Website Basics session educates users on how to customize the content of their personal AgentAchieve hosted website. Inclusive to discovering functionality, we will visit www.GoDaddy.com and walk through connecting a domain name (www.yourname.com) to a personal AgentAchieve website.


Client Marketing Plans

The Client Marketing Plans of AgentAchieve offer a series of drip-marketing email campaigns to choose from. During this session users will discover how to effectively assign marketing plans to clients, edit existing marketing plans to suit their needs, and create custom marketing plans of their own.


Importing Contacts

The title says it all. In this session users will learn the process of uploading their contact database successfully into AgentAchieve. We will cover field mapping, review, and how to correct potential mass import mishaps.


Virtual Postcards | 1

The Virtual Postcards session provides users the opportunity to discover how to use, edit, and contour existing virtual postcards to use as templates for future use. In this session we also cover how to capture the virtual postcard and use it on www.craigslist.com for free internet advertising.


Picture Perfect

The Picture Perfect session provides users the opportunity to discover how to edit and upload their personal profile photo into AgentAchieve without it looking stretched or skewed.

Oh, oh, oh.... I have a great idea for classes! How bout a class like 'getting listings sold' where you thread together multiple components such as features in the Listings Tools, like adding prospects, sending them and others virtual postcards, setting the seller up on listing notifications to keep them aprised of market conditions, etc.... You know, using the whole package to accomplish a goal. I don't think agents fully understand how AgentAchieve can help them be more efficient and get things done!

Love the idea! The thought has crossed my mind to produce theme-based webinars. Matter of fact, I've already drawn up some possible outlines to host them.

These can be a bit tricky though depending on who attends. Keeping in mind that these webinars are available for 'every' AgentAchieve customer and user. Each company might not use AgentAchieve the same way or might not be too appreciative with us having a hand in certain formats with regards to how their associates are trained.

Nevertheless, I am moving in that direction for those of you who wish to participate in theme-based trainings!

Please keep the suggestions and ideas coming, I'm definitely listening!
