For a superb support experience, give agentachieve a call. Or email. They listen, deliver with helpful answers and are willing to make important feature improvements. Agentachieve sets a new benchmark for integrated relationship management platforms. We think you are the best. Thank you so much for all of your effort. You rock!

I have emailed support many times. While my "issues" have not been corrected, I have been kept up-to-date and have been told many of the bugs will be fixed in the next upgrade. Great communication from the Feedback/Support Team.
